Design Informer – My New Web and Graphic Design Blog

The Jad Graphics blog has been around for about two months. It took a while for it to get going, but because of hours of hard work towards a few articles, it started to pick up. After the recent success of this design blog, I have decided that it is finally time to move on to bigger and better things.

I noticed that having the design blog connected to my freelance business was conflicting with the actual freelance website, so I decided to launch a separate design blog.

The Different Websites of Jad Graphics

As a graphic designer, you always want your work to stand out from above the rest. Such was my case. Below are the different website variations that the Long Beach web designer Jad Graphics has gone through. Some of these were actually used as the live website, while some of these were just ideas, concepts, and websites that didn’t make the cut. View the Jad Graphics Websites »

Stunning Pictures of Long Beach, CA

I have lived in many different cities, and even a different country, but out of all the places that I have resided in, I really do like Long Beach. The city of Long Beach has many beautiful sights. It is also filled with fun and exciting places to visit. See the Photos of Long Beach, CA »

Jad Ambigram

After reading A Clever Collection of 40+ Inspiring Ambigrams by Vectuts, I was inspired. I opened up Photoshop and I tried to design my very own ambigram. It is a lot harder than I thought it would be to make a great ambigram.

This guy, John Langdon is the absolute master at creating ambigrams.

Vote for Me – CSS Galleries

After the site redesign, I decided to get some exposure on the website as well as get the word out that I had redesigned my site. One of the things that I did was I submitted my site to different CSS galleries. Here are the galleries that have accepted my site so far. View the links to the galleries »

Shawnalea Shelly – Website

About a month ago, one of my friends called me and referred me a client. Her name was Shawnalea Shelly. She is an ergonomist in Oregon. Some of you are probably thinking, “What is an ergonomist, or better yet, what is ergonomics?” Ergonomics is the technology concerned with the design, manufacture, and arrangement of products and environments to be safe, healthy, and comfortable for human beings. Naehas Landing Page

I finally completed a project that I have been working on for the past couple of days.

Naehas, a company that offers campaign management solutions that can easily automate and optimize your marketing campaigns, wanted a new landing page for their upcoming webinars. After discussing what they wanted, I quickly went to work and mocked-up the design in Adobe Photoshop, hand-coded it in CSS Edit and Espresso, and it is now finished.

You can take a look at the completed landing page here.
